All orders ship within 24 hours of order confirmation, subject to verification and availability. Free worldwide shipping is included on all orders. United States and international orders ship from Niagara Falls, USA; Canadian orders ship from Toronto, Canada.

Stated shipping and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and on customs clearance for international shipments, and are outside our control once an order has been dispatched. Where we prepay duties, taxes, or customs charges as a courtesy, those amounts are non-refundable.

Returned and exchanged items must be clearly marked “RETURN” on the package and shipping documentation to be accepted. Depending on your location, transit times for exchanged products may vary. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service for any return or exchange; we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; we are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the buyer.
