Returns
- Exchanges & returns within 30 days of original purchase date

- Returned items must be clearly marked as "RETURN" on the package and shipping form to be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unmodified and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Clients will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Clients should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned/exchanged items that do not adhere to the terms, conditions and policies of the Refund Policy.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation can only be accepted within 30 minutes of order placement. If an order cancellation request is received within 30 minutes of order placement, we will be able to cancel and refund the order(s).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 24 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you have yet to receive a refund, check the account associated with your payment processor, credit card, and/or bank. If a refund has not been posted to any of the aforementioned accounts associated with the transaction, clients are advised to contact all payment processor(s), credit card(s), and/or bank(s) involved in the transaction.

"New/Unused" Items
Items in New and/or Unused condition are not eligible for return or refund and are Final Sale.
Sale/Discounted Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Pre-order Items
Pre-order items are not eligible for return or refund and are considered final sale.
Digital Products/Services
Digital products and services, including authentication services are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of original purchase date. Exchanged items must first be received and inspected for an exchange to take place.

Gifts
Items marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you are eligible for gift credit or exchange upon return.
